Where is my order?
Orders are packed and shipped withing 24 Hrs of receiving it. Shipments are made via trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is headed your way.
Please allow 1 day for tracking information to update on your order. If you are unable to track your order, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
How much time it takes to reach me?
We use FedEX Priority services to ship all our items, It usually takes 5-7 working days to reach you depending on the condition & the pin code. For actual delivery time use the tracking link sent to you post shipping.
My order hasn’t shipped yet; can I add another item to it?
Yes, But depends on the feasibility. You can send your request at email@example.com after placing the order, if possible we will add another item in the same shipment or send it as separate.
What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?
All the items you order here are exclusively manufactured as per your specification like size, design etc. So its not possible for us to sale to anyone else. Unless the item has some issue or quality defect from our end there is no other way we replace or cancel it. If there is any issue with the product then either we replace the item or issue a full refund. Please make sure the issues are notified to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Cancelling or changing an order
As all the items are manufactured as per the specs of the particular customer cancellation is only possible before the processing of the order. Once its processed no cancellation or change of order is possible.
